Job summary

GlobalFoundries Singapore PTE. LTD. seeks a Senior Process Engineer to develop and modify process formulations, methods and controls to meet quality standards. You will create, analyze and review technical charts and establish SOP and FMEA for related processes.

You will review product development requirements for compatibility with processing methods to determine costs and schedules, integrate equipment and material capabilities, and drive CIP to improve process performance.

Qualifications

• Specialized knowledge and analytical techniques in semiconductor processes.
• Ability to review technical charts and relate processing methods to quality targets.
• Experience with SOPs and FMEA for semiconductor processes.
