Job summary

WSG Workforce Singapore Agency in Singapore is seeking a Product Owner for the MyCareersfuture.sg job portal. You will lead the product strategy and roadmap, guiding internal teams, vendors, and partnerships from ideation to rapid prototyping.

You will translate propositions into actionable requirements for cross-functional delivery teams, run quantitative and qualitative testing, and optimise the product using data analytics and user feedback to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma level qualification in a relevant field.
• Excellent communication skills with internal teams and engineers.
• Strong understanding of data platforms and ability to discuss technical requirements.
• Experience in data analytics, BI and product management on Agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Undertake the role of the product owner for WSG’s job portal (MyCareersfuture.sg) using Agile development.

• Break down propositions into requirements for cross functional delivery teams.

• Refine customer experience for new capabilities with 3rd-party partners, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Assess competitive assessments, research new technologies, and monitor competitors.

Undertake the role of the product owner for WSG’s job portal

[MCF] Responsibilities

• Undertake the role of the product owner for WSG’s job portal (MyCareersfuture.sg) using Agile development
• Manage product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle from internal resources, teams, capabilities and vendors from ideation to rapid concept prototyping
• Ability to break down propositions into requirements from different cross functional delivery teams
• Develop ways to quickly test our product quantitatively (e.g. A/B testing) and qualitatively (e.g. user testing).
• Optimise the product using data analytics and user feedback
• Refine customer experience for new capabilities in partnership with 3rd-party solution provider, marketing, and other key stakeholders.
• Assess completive assessments, research new technologies & services, assess competitors, and new entrants

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in a relevant field
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work closely with both product owners and engineers
• Good knowledge of data platforms and feel comfortable discussing technical requirements
• Experience in data analytics, business intelligence and product management on agile teams
