SJ Group in Singapore seeks an experienced Principal Engineer who will also serve as Project Manager within the Construction & Management Unit (CMU). You will lead major coastal, marine and infrastructure projects, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and managing client and stakeholder expectations.

You will oversee technical, contractual and operational aspects from planning through construction, with ownership of project outcomes and a focus on safety, quality and schedule.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer registration preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of major projects across coastal, marine and infrastructure sectors.
• Perform the role of Project Manager or Deputy Project Manager as required.
• Manage multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with clients, contractors and authorities.
• Oversee safety, quality, cost, schedule and technical requirements across projects.
• Lead reviews of technical submissions, tenders, shop drawings and project documentation.
