Job summary

Adecco is partnering with a global leading Semiconductor Foundry in Singapore to fill a Process Integration Staff Engineer/ MTS role. You will drive device advancement, collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, and optimize manufacturing processes to meet project goals.

The role focuses on integrating processes, debugging, and developing new process schemes while supporting safety and environmental requirements. A strong engineering background and 7 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Science or other relevant engineering discipline is required.
• 7 years relevant experience.
• Experience in semiconductor process integration, ideally with a focus on BCD/RFSOI/Silicon Photonics development.
• Strong skills in device characterization, process qualification, and integration debugging.
• Knowledge of module development and semiconductor tooling is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, resolve, and improve process integration and yield issues and related problems.
• Perform project management and data analysis.
• Identify and resolve process integration issues and related problems.
• Develop custom or derivative processes to meet customer needs.
• Support new designs with module characterization and design rule development.
• Work with cross function teams to reduce defect activities and resolve technical & yield concerns.
• Develop and improve test structures that enable fast and rigorous characterization of process.
• Build and develop defect source library and tool's defect source fingerprinting.
• Perform product/process partitioning study for yield & defect characterization to drive defect improvements.
• Ensure that processes are well documented, failure modes are assessed and have mitigation and detection in place.
• Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements.
• Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.
