Job summary

GlobalFoundries is seeking a Process Integration Engineer to advance embedded Flash/ETOX technology, process integration, prototyping, device characterization, yield improvements, and customer engagement. The role requires strong expertise in NVM devices, electrical test analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities include process flow setup, design rule and ET spec setup, prototyping from tapeout to lot execution, and leading in flash technology development

Qualifications

• PhD or Masters in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong knowledge of NVM devices, process integration, and test methodology.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Drive embedded Flash/ETOX technology development and process integration.
• Lead in device characterization, ET analysis, and yield improvement.
• Interface with IP partners or customers on process discussions.
• Prototyping from tapeout to lot execution; process qualification.
