Qualifications

• PEB-registered Professional Engineer (Civil) in Singapore.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven leadership and strong organizational skills in a similar role.
• Proficiency with engineering design software and analytical tools.
• In-depth knowledge of design codes and regulatory requirements.
• Well-organized, self-motivated and proactive team player.

Responsibilities

• Support Directors in managing the project pipeline and coordinating daily operations.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project plans and goals.
• Supervise civil, structural, and/or geotechnical projects.
• Coordinate project submissions to local authorities.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, standards and internal policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Directors in managing projects in the pipeline, representing them at internal and external functions, and coordinating daily operations, timelines, and schedules
• Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of project plans and goals
• Supervise and manage civil, structural, and/or geotechnical engineering projects
• Coordinate project submissions to local authorities
• Ensure all projects adhere to relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional service and quality outcomes for our clients
• Building and maintaining effective relationships with clients, consultants, and authorities, recognizing, and developing potential business opportunities
• Lead, mentor, and support junior engineers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

Requirements:

• Professional Engineer (Civil) registered with Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB)
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience
• Proven leadership experience and organizational skills in a similar role
