• Minimum 8+ years in data science or ML with production causal inference experience.
• Hands-on expertise in uplift estimation methods and causal forests.
• Experience optimizing promotions or incentives with measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of experimental design and observational causal methods.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end modelling for promotion optimization from framing to deployment.
• Advance our causal inference stack with robust experimental designs.
• Design scalable uplift models for millions of users with offline evaluation.
• Develop budget-constrained allocation under fairness and business constraints.
• Mentor data scientists and align analyses with product and business goals.
