Job summary

GoTo Group's Fulfilment Data Science team invites a seasoned Data Scientist to shape pricing and fulfillment decisions for on-demand services. You will collaborate across product, engineering, and analytics to turn complex challenges into scalable ML solutions in Singapore, India, and Indonesia.

In six months you’ll own end-to-end ML pipelines, experiments, and deployment, driving measurable improvements in reliability, efficiency, and driver earnings while advancing GoTo's data-driven culture.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of relevant experience in data science or ML roles.
• Experience with pricing engines or dynamic pricing in mobility or delivery domains.
• Strong foundation in statistics and machine learning applied to real-world problems.

Responsibilities

• Translate business challenges into data-science problems and define measurable outcomes.
• Build and scale data science solutions that power pricing across ride-hailing, delivery, and logistics.
• Own ML lifecycle from ideation to deployment and evaluation.
• Improve dynamic pricing using econometrics, causal inference and simulation.
• Design experiments and communicate results to cross-functional teams.
• Monitor model performance and propose improvements.
