Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology, architecture, or financial services experience.
• Strong knowledge of Mobile and Web technologies and/or domain expertise in payments, wealth, or retail banking.
• Experience applying AI in business solutions and technology architecture.
• Strong understanding of Cloud architecture, resiliency, security and identity.
• Excellent stakeholder management and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive technology strategy aligned to Business and Group strategy.
• Provide architecture direction, guardrails and roadmaps aligned to strategy.
• Govern the tech decisions and architecture direction across portfolio of change.
• Accelerate Cloud Value through strong foundational building blocks and reusable patterns.
• Provide directions for SaaS-based products where it makes sense to migrate from on-prem.
• Drive adoption of Information and Cyber Security controls globally.
• Improve developer productivity via Infrastructure as Code and cloud patterns.
• Lead architecture governance and ensure compliance with policies.
• Embed Group values and ensure risk and ethics in operations.
