VISEO ASIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to gather and document business requirements across business and technology teams.

You will collaborate with front‑office, operations, and technology to support Prime Brokerage initiatives, and prepare BRDs, functional specs, and user stories. You will coordinate UAT, track defects, and assist in project planning and communications. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in CS/IS/Finance or related field, plus 4+ years' experience in

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Banking or Capital Markets.
• Exposure to or experience in Prime Brokerage is highly preferred.
• Strong requirement-gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technology teams.
• Adaptable and flexible mindset with willingness to support testing, project management, and strategic initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
