Job summary

ATOP Academy is offering a Teaching Internship for Primary School subjects in Singapore. Interns will support delivery of English, Chinese, Mathematics and Science programs based on the MOE syllabus.

This on-site internship welcomes students, undergraduates and fresh graduates seeking practical teaching experience in a commercial school environment. Responsibilities include planning lessons, assisting with assessments, and providing feedback.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or have completed a relevant qualification.
• Strong knowledge of at least one core subject: English, Chinese, Mathematics or Science.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in teaching and working with primary school students.
• Patient, responsible and able to communicate with younger learners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons for primary students in assigned subjects.
• Support lessons aligned with MOE Primary School syllabus and assessments.
• Explain concepts clearly and provide guidance based on learners’ needs.
• Mark assignments, monitor progress, and provide feedback.
• Prepare worksheets, notes, revision materials, and practice questions.
