Job summary

MAXHUNT Resource Pte Ltd is recruiting a Teacher Assistant for CHIJ Primary (Toa Payoh) on a fixed-term contract from 4 Jan 2027 to 30 Nov 2027, with a renewal option.

The selected candidate will support teachers with administrative duties, resources preparation, and student supervision during arrivals, events, and breaks. Experience in a primary school and MS Word/Excel skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Teacher Assistant/Teacher Aide in a primary school is preferred.
• MS Word and MS Excel proficiency advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to teachers and staff.
• Maintain and update data records including stocktaking of teaching resources and inventory.
• Prepare teaching resources for classrooms.
• Assist Heads of Department with relief duties as required.
• Assist as a safety chaperon during arrival, dismissal, and on external Learning Journeys; supervise students during recess.
