Job summary

LITTLE PADDINGTON PRESCHOOL SERANGOON PTE. LTD. invites passionate educators to deliver engaging Mandarin lessons across its centres in Singapore.

You will plan age-appropriate, inquiry-based language activities and partner with families to support holistic development. The ideal candidate holds DECCE-T or equivalent, ECDA L2 certification, and at least 2 years of preschool teaching experience, with strong Mandarin proficiency and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years preschool teaching experience
• Strong command of Mandarin (spoken and written)

Responsibilities

• Deliver meaningful Mandarin lessons: plan and implement age-appropriate, inquiry-based Chinese language lessons aligned with curriculum.
• Support language development: foster children's love for Mandarin through storytelling, music, and language experiences.
• Observe, document & report: track learning progress and development milestones using portfolios and progress updates.
• Build positive relationships: partner with families and team members to support holistic child development.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive environment: create a classroom that is clean, secure, and welcoming to every child.

Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or equivalent
• ECDA Certified (L2)
