Job summary

Ace @ Work Childcare Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified Preschool Educator (L2 Certified) to join our Tampines centre. You will contribute to delivering quality early childhood education, supporting holistic development, and fostering a collaborative teaching environment.

Fresh Graduates from DECCE are welcomed to apply. You will plan, implement and assess age-appropriate curriculum, maintain a safe and nurturing learning space, and build strong partnerships with parents.

Qualifications

• ECDA-recognised L2 Certification and Diploma in ECEC or equivalent.
• Sound understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
• Positive work attitude and teamwork.
• Commitment to professionalism and quality in early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences in accordance with ECDA requirements.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that supports children's developmental needs.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development through appropriate assessment methods.
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with parents and families to support children's learning and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support centre operations and initiatives.
• Participate actively in professional development programmes, staff meetings, and centre events.
