Responsibilities

• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating learning environment.
• Plan and carry out age-appropriate activities that encourage sensory, motor, language, and cognitive development.
• Support feeding, diapering, nap times, and other daily routines with patience and care.
• Collaborate closely with families, colleagues, and the community.
• Observe, document, and assess children’s development.
• Build trusting, positive relationships to support children’s social-emotional growth.
