Job summary

Ace @ Work Childcare Pte Ltd invites applications for a Preschool Educator (L2 Certified) at our Woodlands ATPCC centre. You will plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum, foster a safe, nurturing learning environment, and monitor each child’s development with ECDA-aligned methods.

Qualifications

• ECDA-recognised L2 Certification required.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent qualification.
• Solid understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
• Positive, team-oriented professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences in line with ECDA requirements.
• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with parents and families to support learning and well-being.

About the role

Ace @ Work Childcare Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified and committed Preschool Educator (L2 Certified) to join our team at our Woodlands ATPCC centre. As part of our centre's expansion, we are looking for dedicated early childhood professionals who are passionate about providing quality care and education, fostering children's holistic development, and contributing positively to a collaborative teaching environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences in accordance with ECDA requirements.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that supports children's developmental needs.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development through appropriate assessment methods.
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with parents and families to support children's learning and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support centre operations and initiatives.
• Participate actively in professional development programmes, staff meetings, and centre events.

Requirements:

• ECDA-recognised L2 Certification.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent recognised qualification.
