Job summary

ACE @ WORK EDUCARE PTE. LTD. seeks a qualified Preschool Educator (L2 Certified) to join our Woodlands centre. You will plan and deliver an ECDA-aligned curriculum, foster a safe and nurturing environment, and partner with parents to support each child’s holistic development.

You will collaborate with a supportive team, participate in ongoing professional development, and contribute to a growing early childhood organisation with a strong commitment to quality education.

Qualifications

• ECD educator with L2 certification and a diploma in ECCE.
• Strong understanding of child development and educational practices.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate curriculum per ECDA requirements.
• Create a safe, nurturing learning environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress.

About the role

Ace @ Work Childcare Pte Ltd is seeking a qualified and committed Preschool Educator (L2 Certified) to join our team at our Woodlands ATPCC centre. As part of our centre's expansion, we are looking for dedicated early childhood professionals who are passionate about providing quality care and education, fostering children's holistic development, and contributing positively to a collaborative teaching environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, prepare, and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning experiences in accordance with ECDA requirements.
• Create and maintain a safe, positive, and nurturing learning environment that supports children's developmental needs.
• Observe, assess, and document children's progress and development through appropriate assessment methods.
• Establish and maintain effective partnerships with parents and families to support children's learning and well-being.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to support centre operations and initiatives.
• Participate actively in professional development programmes, staff meetings, and centre events.

Requirements

• ECDA-recognised L2 Certification.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent recognised qualification.
• Sound understanding of child development and early childhood education practices.
• Positive work attitude with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• Committed to maintaining high standards of professionalism and quality in early childhood education.
