Job summary

MindChamps Preschool @ City Square PTE. LTD. is seeking an enthusiastic educator to plan, supervise and deliver our early childhood programme aligned with MindChamps philosophy. You will prepare engaging activities, document progress, and communicate with parents.

The role requires a DECCE-T or equivalent, ECDA L2, and at least two years in the industry. Strong classroom management and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education-Teaching (DECCE-T) or relevant qualifications.
• ECDA L2 level.
• 2 years of EC industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise and deliver the programme in accordance with MindChamps policies and philosophy.
• Prepare and implement age-appropriate teaching aids.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress and address developmental needs individually.
• Complete progress reports and develop a developmental portfolio for each child.
• Meet parents to discuss concerns and progress.
• Use positive discipline techniques at all times.
• Render basic first aid when necessary.
• Maintain teaching resources, classroom appearance and learning environment.
• Familiarise with curriculum documents, handbooks and policy manuals.
