Job summary

We Got This is seeking an Early Childhood Educator to deliver lessons for children in line with ECDA policies and our company framework. You will maintain progress records, prepare materials, and create learning corners while supervising routine care and safety.

The role requires a Diploma in ECDE, preferably 2 years in a preschool setting, and excellent communication and teamwork skills. This position is based in Singapore with on-site duties and close collaboration with parents.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or equivalent (ECDE).
• Preferably 2 years of experience in preschool settings.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduc t lessons with children in accordance to company and ECDA policies, guidelines and framework.
• Keep accurate records of children’s progress.
• Prepare teaching materials and learning corners.
• Conduct routine care for children.
• Ensure the safety and hygiene of children.
• Build and maintain close communication with parents.
• Assist in other adhoc duties as assigned by Management.
