Job summary

Logicalis Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced presales/solution architect to design and sell enterprise networking and security solutions.

The role involves discovery, architecture design, and PoC demonstrations to validate feasibility and business value. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in networking with at least 2 years in presales, CCNP or equivalent, and hands-on skills in Cisco/Aruba technologies, SD-WAN, and security components.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years of total experience in enterprise networking; at least 2 years in presales or solution architecture.
• Possess CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Strong hands-on understanding of Cisco Catalyst, Nexus, Wireless and Aruba CX/WLAN technologies.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consulting support to the sales team for enterprise networking and security solutions.
• Engage in requirement discovery and solution design, ensuring the proposed architecture aligns with customer needs, scalability, and future-readiness.
• Design and validate end-to-end network infrastructure solutions, covering campus LAN/WLAN, data center networking, SD-WAN, network security, etc.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BoMs, RFP responses, and presentations articulating the value of proposed solutions.
• Conduct PoC and demos to validate solution feasibility.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solution architecture with delivery capabilities and vendor best practices.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies such as AI-driven networking, AI network infrastructure, network automation, SASE, Zero Trust, cloud networking, and observability platforms.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, technical documentation, and presales enablement.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned such as marketing events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage in requirement discovery and solution design, ensuring the proposed architecture aligns with customer needs, scalability, and future-readiness.
• Design and validate end-to-end network infrastructure solutions, covering campus LAN/WLAN, data center networking, SD-WAN, network security, etc.
• Prepare and deliver technical proposals, BoMs, RFP responses, and presentations articulating the technical and business value of proposed solutions.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align solution architecture with delivery capabilities and vendor best practices.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum 5+ years of total experience in enterprise networking; at least 2 years in presales or solution architecture.
• Possess at least one CCNP or equivalent certification.
• Strong hands-on understanding of:
• Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, Cisco Wireless, and Aruba CX/WLAN technologies.
• Campus network design (access, distribution, core, MPLS L3VPN, VRF-lite) and data center networking (fabric, overlay/underlay, BGP EVPN, VXLAN).
• SD-WAN, SASE, and secure access architectures.
• Network security components such as Next-Gen Firewall, NAC (Cisco ISE/Aruba ClearPass), and network segmentation.
• Working knowledge of network automation tools (Python, Ansible, RESTCONF/NETCONF, APIs) is a preferred.
• Exposure to cloud networking (AWS, Azure, or GCP connectivity, Direct Connect/ExpressRoute, etc.) is a plus.
• Awareness of AI Networking and AIOps platforms such as Cisco Catalyst Center, Aruba Central, or Arista CloudVision.
• Experience with F5, Infoblox, or network observability/monitoring tools is advantageous
• Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving technical landscape.
• Must have client-consulting and winning mindset.
