• Strong research, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain broad technical proficiency and knowledge of the competitive landscape, industry trajectory and prevailing market trends
• Work with internal or external presales consultants for detailed technical requirements and design
• Prepare and deliver composite solutions for customers, including proposal writing and presentation
• Able to translate business needs into technical requirements; using technology to resolve business challenges

Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field with relevant technical certifications in various technologies and at least 8 years of experience in a similar role
• Sound technical knowledge in one or more of these areas: networking, systems, cloud and cyber security
• Provide support for complex opportunities
• Design and architect end-to-end solutions that consist of multiple technologies of software, hardware or services
• Write and provide content for bids and proposals
• Research and analytical skills
• Business acumen, able to communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders
• Able to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment
