Job summary

TOSS-EX PR PTE. LTD. is seeking a presales specialist to support IAM, mobile security, and post-quantum cryptography solutions. You will present technical architectures, maintain demo systems, and develop PoCs and RFI/RFP responses for prospective customers.

The role requires a university degree in related fields and at least 3 years of experience with IAM concepts. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Recognized university degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• Strong interest in information security; excellent communication, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Preference for CISSP/CISA or related certifications.
• Experience with IAM concepts and technologies and cloud concepts is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Present the company’s technical architecture and technology to customers.
• Maintain a demo system for presentations to customers.
• Develop Proof of Concepts for company products.
• Draft responses to RFIs, RFPs, tenders and SOW.
• Create Solution Architecture based on customer requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments and external partners on technical matters.
• Research industry trends to improve offerings and participate in exhibitions and webinars.

The Career Opportunity:

• As part of the sales team, the role holder is responsible for supporting presales activities forstate-of-the-art IAM, Mobile Security and Post Quantum Cryptography related solutions.

Skills:

• Experience with IAM (Identity and access management) concepts and technologies.
• Working knowledge of multi-factor authentication, single sign-on technologies, SAML, OIDC.
• Experience with one or more IAMsolutions like Forgerock, NetIQ, Okta, IBM SSO, etc will be an advantage.
• Experience with basic web/n-tier application solutions design and cloud concepts.
• Experience implementing or supporting IAM tools and processes will be an added advantage.

Ideally, you'll also have:

• Industry related certification preferred like CISSP, CISA.

To qualify for the role, you must have:

• A recognized university degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong interest in the field of information security.
• Excellent communicator with strong analytical, interpersonal and writing skills.
• Preferred skill(s): completing RFI, Tender bid documentation advantageous.
• Ability to identify crucial points, perform technical fit/gap analysis.
• Ability to work independently as well as be a team player.
