ELITEZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a Store Manager to lead the retail team in delivering premium customer service and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves overseeing daily store operations, inventory, and merchandising while upholding brand standards and driving revenue growth. You will coach and develop staff, ensure a welcoming shopping experience, and collaborate with the Area/Outlet Manager to meet store objectives.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire the retail team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
• Be the face of the store—create a welcoming, premium shopping experience for every customer.
• Oversee daily store operations, including cashiering, inventory control, and visual merchandising.
• Ensure the store is consistently well-presented, clean, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor sales performance, drive revenue growth, and implement strategies to boost store results.
• Manage stock levels, merchandising displays, and product replenishment effectively.
• Support, coach, and develop team members, working closely with the Area/Outlet Manager.
