Job summary

Samsonite Retail Associate position involves delivering friendly, professional customer service and guiding customers to choose suitable products. You will also develop product knowledge and clearly communicate features and promotions.

Responsibilities include cashiering, stock replenishment, merchandising, and supporting stock receipt and inventory accuracy in a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level, NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent.
• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service preferred.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent and professional customer service to all customers.
• Engage customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Develop product knowledge and communicate features, benefits, and promotions.
• Work towards achieving individual and store sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases.
• Perform cashiering duties and ensure transactions are processed accurately.
• Replenish merchandise and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Assist with receiving, stock transfers, and inventory counts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and presentation.
• Support new product launches and in-store initiatives.
