You will target landed homeowners, developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors, while managing leads, proposals, and contracts. You should be skilled in client consultations, product presentations, and project discussions, with the ability to coordinate with operations and technical teams

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in construction or related industries.
• Strong network within Singapore renovation/construction sectors is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth for aluminium doors, windows, slimline systems, and architectural solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies targeting landed homeowners, developers, architects, interior designers, and contractors.
• Generate and manage leads through networking, referrals, site visits, and business development activities.
• Conduct client consultations, product presentations, and project discussions.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.
• Coordinate closely with operations, project, and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Build long-term relationships with clients and industry partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting records.
