Job summary

SATS Ltd. in Singapore seeks a passenger service associate to greet travelers and support them through the check-in process. You will assist passengers with special needs and ensure comfort in exclusive lounges, delivering proactive and friendly service across venues.

Requirements include 4 GCE N or 3 GCE O levels or NITEC, strong communication, and a cheerful, customer-focused mindset. Fluency in English and another language is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 GCE N level credits or 3 GCE O level credits or NITEC.
• English pass.
• Polished communication and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet passengers on arrival and assist with check-in requests.
• Help passengers with special needs including mobility assistance and unaccompanied minors.
• Provide service in exclusive lounges at Changi Airport and meet/greet guests.
