Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a customer-facing front desk agent to enhance the travel experience at premier lounges. You will greet passengers, check them in, and guide transit travelers through arrival gates and transfer areas.

The role requires good communication, a professional appearance, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rotating shifts, including overnights. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work rotating shifts, including overnight.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process
• Front desk duties in exclusive premier lounges
• Guide transit passengers between arrival gates and Transfer Holding Areas
• Perform gate handling duties, including coordinating departure activities with internal departments and communicating with airline crew
• Assist passengers requiring special assistance (e.g. families, strollers, etc)
• Maintain professional grooming, communication, and service standards at all times
