Job summary

Standard Chartered Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Singapore Cash Client Services team for the Premier segment. You will manage day-to-day operations, ensure SLAs are met, and resolve client enquiries and complaints while maintaining an impeccable client experience.

You will build strong partnerships with RM, Product Sales and Front Office teams, drive service improvements, and coach a high-performing team with a focus on risk and compliance in a regulated banking environment.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years in client service or front-facing roles.
• Proven track record in developing high-performing teams.
• Strong Transaction Banking product knowledge.
• Strong leadership and communication to influence senior stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, organized, meticulous.

Responsibilities

• Use metrics to understand Premier clients' needs and identify service improvements.
• Ensure day-to-day quality control of client interactions.
• Serve as escalation point for highly sensitive clients and engage senior stakeholders.
• Monitor Premier client transactions with available tools.
• Participate in periodic service reviews for Premier clients.
