Job summary

RECRUIT INC PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Technician (Wire Bond) to support production operations, equipment setup and troubleshooting, process improvement, and quality checks in East Singapore.

You will set up and recover wire bonding equipment (K&S ICON, ASM Eagle Xtreme, ESEC 3100), train operators, monitor data, and assist engineers with DOE and FAI to drive improvements in manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to follow established procedures and work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Set up, recover, and troubleshoot wire bonding equipment to support production activities.
• Support new product setup and provide on-the-job training to production operators.
• Monitor production data and support continuous improvement and Kaizen activities.
• Follow work instructions, quality procedures, safety requirements, and production targets.
• Prepare and verify raw materials and finished goods according to established procedures.
• Perform end-of-process checks, including output, quality, and defect verification.
• Assist engineers with DOE, First Article Inspection (FAI), process troubleshooting, and improvement projects.
• Work closely with production and engineering teams to resolve equipment and process-related issues.
