Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or NITEC in Engineering with minimum 3 years' experience in plastic injection molding.
• Proficient in grinding, turning, milling and EDM to support tooling and mold operations.

Responsibilities

• Repair and service molds to maintain optimal functionality
• Modify tooling and address defects to ensure production standards
• Operate conventional machines including grinding, turning, milling, and EDM to support tooling fabrication
• Fabricate inserts according to blueprint tolerances to meet design specifications
• Perform bench fitting and correction repairs on new tools to ensure readiness for production
