Job summary

GE Vernova in Singapore seeks a skilled technician for thermal spray and GEL coating on gas turbine and aero-derivative engine repairs. Duties include following detailed work instructions, performing blasting, polishing, and heat-treatment while ensuring quality and equipment care.

Qualifications

• Completion of secondary level or higher education.
• NTC or equivalent preferred.
• 3 years of working experience in the related field is preferred; on-the-job training provided for those without relevant experience.
• Basic command of spoken and written English.
• Able to perform rotating shift.

Responsibilities

• Perform thermal spray and/or GEL coating for gas turbine & aero-derivative engine repair.
• Follow work instructions to perform tasks such as blasting, polishing and heat-treatment.
• Ensure product quality, equipment care, meet production output/schedules, housekeeping and schedules.
• Adhere to all applicable EHS rules and regulations and report unsafe practices/conditions immediately.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
