is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer - Special Processes to support incoming inspection and special process activities for gas turbine component repair, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance while driving process improvements. The ideal candidate has a bachelor's in manufacturing or mechanical engineering, 3+ years' experience with thermal spraying, heat treatment or chemical processing, and strong problem-solving skills to work with Engineering,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Material Engineering with at least 3 years of work experience.
• Experience with special processes such as thermal spraying, heat treatment, chemical processing.
• Familiarity with process qualification, validation, and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of engineering drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Support incoming inspection report review, Auto inspection system, incoming blue light scanning and NDT inspections.
• Conduct cross-qualification of special processes related incoming inspection for gas turbine component repair.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements, quality standards and engineering specifications.
• Work with Engineering team on technical and operation related issues.
• Identify and implement projects to improve production quality and process performance.
• Support operations with troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and problem solving.
