Tung Lok Group is seeking a skilled Kitchen Prep / Line Cook to support our culinary team. You will prepare and cut meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients, ensuring consistent size, portioning, and presentation during service hours.

Responsibilities include maintaining storage and labeling per food safety standards, keeping the prep area clean, and assisting in receiving deliveries. A strong team player with knife skills and the ability to work under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience required.
• Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cutting techniques.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen operations, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Able to perform split shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina to stand long hours.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Team player with positive attitude and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cut meats, seafood, vegetables, and other ingredients.
• Maintain consistency in size and shape of ingredients to ensure even cooking and proper presentation.
• Ensure all ingredients are properly stored, labeled, and rotated according to food safety standards.
• Work closely with chefs to meet preparation demands during service hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the preparation area, tools, and equipment.
• Follow kitchen safety and sanitation procedures at all times.
• Assist in receiving and inspecting ingredient deliveries as needed.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
