Job summary

Ideal candidates hold a NITEC or Diploma in engineering/manufacturing and are detail‑oriented, team players, and capable of following SOPs.

Qualifications

• NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related disciplines.
• Prior manufacturing/production or assembly experience is advantageous.
• Candidates with Life Sciences, Medical Devices exposure welcome.
• Willingness to follow SOPs and safety procedures.
• Detail-oriented and a good team player.
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily manufacturing, assembly and production activities according to SOPs.
• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment and production machinery.
• Set up equipment, perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Conduct quality inspections and testing to meet specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Support GMP compliance, safety regulations and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality and production teams.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organised manufacturing environment.
