Job summary

Vantive, a vital organ therapy company, seeks a production-focused technician in Singapore to support daily manufacturing activities and maintain high product quality. You will guide Technician I, execute process setups, troubleshoot machines, and ensure timely calibration.

Responsibilities include spare parts management, coordinating servicing with vendors, and strict adherence to EHS/6S/GMP/SOP standards. A NITEC or Diploma or equivalent is required, with PLC knowledge considered an advantage.

Qualifications

• NITEC or Diploma or equivalent
• NITEC with at least 2 years’ experience or Fresh Diploma
• Knowledge of PLC is advantage
• Good knowledge in trouble shooting skills in mechanical, electrical and control engineering

Responsibilities

• Assist supervisors in daily production activity to meet desired productivity and achieve good product quality.
• Provide guidance to Technician I to perform process setup, machine trouble-shooting, carry out preventive maintenance / cleaning and ensure instrument are calibrated timely.
• Responsible to manage machine spare parts inventories control.
• Coordinate with supplier / vendor on machine servicing and spare parts fabrication.
• Responsible for complying with EHS/6S/GMP/SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Participate and support tasks / projects assigned by management to drive for continuous improvement.
