Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced professional to support machining processes and manufacture complex precision components. You will interpret drawings, develop process documentation, and drive continuous improvement across production lines.

The role requires 3+ years in precision manufacturing, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency with SolidWorks, Mastercam or HyperMill. Collaborative, hands-on approach and cross-functional teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Precision Machining, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in precision engineering/manufacturing.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, Mastercam or HyperMill.
• Able to interpret drawings and develop Process ROUTE Cards and Travellers.

Responsibilities

• Support machining processes and manufacturing methods for complex precision components.
• Interpret mechanical drawings for fabrication and machining work including selection of standard parts.
• Develop and maintain Process Management Plans, Process Route Cards, and Job Travellers.
• Review process yields, production rates and performance; recommend improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve capability, and maintain high quality standards.
• Lead corrective and preventive actions to resolve manufacturing issues.
• Participate in manufacturing reviews, NPI and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and improve manufacturing standard work and processes.
