Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an Account Manager for a leading precision engineering firm. This role acts as the bridge between internal engineering teams and external clients, overseeing end-to-end delivery of high-precision projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The ideal candidate has 5 years of programme or project engineering experience, a Mechanical Engineering background, and hands-on knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM, and metrology to drive successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years of programme or project engineering experience.
• Hands-on CNC, CAD/CAM, and metrology exposure.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, CATIA, or AutoCAD.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets across multiple precision engineering programmes.
• Work closely with NPI, manufacturing, and quality assurance teams to ensure project milestones and objectives are consistently met.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical and logistical challenges throughout the project lifecycl(e).
• Apply technical knowledge across precision engineering processes including CNC machining, micro-fabrication, and metrology.
• Oversee prototype development and assess the manufacturability of product design.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for high-precision components and systems.
• Ensure all projects comply with stringent quality and tolerance standards in line with precision engineering requirements.
• Coordinate and oversee testing, validation, and inspection processes for components and assemblies.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, suppliers, and internal teams on technical and programme-related matter.
• Prepare and present progress reports, technical documentation, and risk assessments to key stakeholders.
