Job summary

A & One Precision Engineering Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks an engineer with hands-on precision machining experience. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in precision engineering or related field.
• 3–8 years of relevant precision engineering experience; fresh graduates may be considered for Engineer positions.
• Hands-on knowledge of CNC milling/turning; CAD/CAM experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide execution and support for production department directives.
• Fully responsible for First Article Run until approval and for preliminary production runs.
• Review and implement Process Routes, Inspection Plans and other procedures; design jigs/fixtures and CNC programs.
• Coordinate with inter-departments on technical and engineering requirements.
• Provide expert advisory support to ensure quality workmanship and conformance to design specs.
• Respond to and resolve technical/quality issues across departments and with customers.
• Participate in risk assessment and risk control of medical devices.
