Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. seeks an Engineering Technician responsible for installation, commissioning, calibration, preventive and corrective maintenance of Laser Router systems, Mitutoyo metrology equipment, plasma etch/cleaning equipment, and thermal ovens.

You will ensure high uptime, accuracy, and compliance with safety standards, while coordinating with vendors for complex repairs. Qualifications include a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Precision Engineering, hands-on maintenance of

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Precision Engineering or related field.
Hands-on experience maintaining at least two of the listed equipment types.
Familiarity with calibration standards (ISO 17025, ISO 9001) and basic troubleshooting methods.

Responsibilities

Install, calibrate, and maintain Laser Router systems for optimal cut quality and safety.
Calibrate and verify Mitutoyo CMM, vision, and measuring tools; produce calibration certificates.
Maintain Plasma etch/surface treatment systems and Thermal ovens to ensure process stability.
Provide preventive maintenance, fault analysis, and corrective actions; document logs and reports.
