Job summary

ACCTON TECHNOLOGY SG PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced technician to install, calibrate, and maintain Laser Router systems, Mitutoyo CMM and vision systems, plasma etch equipment, and thermal ovens.

You will ensure high uptime, measurement accuracy, process stability, and safety compliance in a precision manufacturing environment. The role involves preventive maintenance, diagnostics, calibration certificates, and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Hands-on experience maintaining two of the four equipment types.
• Familiar with ISO 17025, ISO 9001, SPC, and problem-solving methodologies (8D, Fishbone, FMEA).
• Proficient in reading mechanical, pneumatic, vacuum, and electrical schematics.
• Knowledge of Singapore WSH, SEMI-S2, and cleanroom safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and maintain Laser Router systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance and safety checks.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Update maintenance logs, SOPs, and calibration certificates.
• Liaise with vendors for complex repairs or firmware upgrades.
• Train operators on proper equipment operation.
