Job summary

GRAND VENTURE TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED seeks a Diploma/ Degree holder in precision machining or mechanical engineering to provide hands-on engineering support, resolve daily production issues, and drive continuous improvement in machining processes, tooling, fixtures, and machine utilisation to boost productivity and quality.

The role covers process improvements, Mazak centre management, fixture design, CI/Six Sigma projects, and ERP data analysis, with cross-functional collaboration to ensure

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in precision machining or mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years in precision engineering environment.
• Experience with milling, turning, lathes, grinding, sheet metal operations.
• Proficient in SolidWorks, MasterCAM or HyperMill.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive machining process improvements to optimise cycle time, tooling, setup efficiency and quality.
• Provide hands-on production engineering support to resolve daily issues.
• Take ownership of Mazak machining centre processes, tooling, fixtures and loading coordination.
• Design and develop machining fixtures and validate implementations.
• Lead CI and Six Sigma projects to boost productivity and quality.
• Analyse ERP production data to identify performance gaps and improvements.
• Collaborate with Production, Planning, Quality and Engineering teams to resolve issues.
