Qualifications

• Experience installing electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
• Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety practices.
• Competence in diagnosing faults with measuring tools (multimeters, ammeters, thermal cameras).
• Proven manual dexterity for delicate wiring tasks.
• Strong communication with contractors, inspectors, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Install wiring, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and control systems.
• Diagnose faults using meters and thermal cameras and repair as needed.
• Interpret blueprints to map wiring paths and outlets.
• Handle various wire types and assemble control panels.
• Apply electrical codes and NEC safety requirements.
• Follow OSHA safety procedures and use PPE correctly.
• Operate hand and power tools proficiently.
• Maintain stamina for cramped spaces and repetitive tasks.
• Communicate project requirements and repairs to stakeholders.
• Perform calculations related to loads and voltages.
