Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate with contractors, suppliers and clients, review designs, plan schedules and budgets, conduct risk assessments, and ensure adherence to Singapore regulations and energy efficiency goals.

Job description

Design and develop electrical systems, installations, equipment and control systems.

Prepare electrical drawings, technical specifications, calculations and project documentation.

Plan and supervise electrical installation works at commercial, industrial and residential projects.

Inspect, test and commission electrical systems and equipment.

Troubleshoot electrical faults and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment and systems.

Monitor electrical systems to ensure reliability, efficiency and safe operation.

Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, consultants, clients and other engineering teams.

Review electrical designs and ensure compliance with applicable Singapore regulations and standards.

Monitor project progress, installation quality, costs and schedules.

Conduct risk assessments and implement appropriate electrical safety measures.

Investigate equipment failures and determine root causes.

Recommend improvements to electrical systems to improve energy efficiency, reliability and performance.
