Responsibilities

Receive, review and register incoming job requests and test samples into the internal tracking system/database.
Data Input: transcribe raw testing data, calculations, and technician notes into formal report templates or databases.
Quality Control & Proofreading: cross-check data against source documents to correct discrepancies.
Report Generation: compile data into client-facing reports and certificates of analysis; maintain filing systems for data worksheets and reports.
Status Updates: assist department manager by checking the database to provide quick updates on job status; handle related administrative duties.
