Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage project activities and ensure quality from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil, Building, or Construction, along with at least a year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in precast or building construction. You will work closely with clients and various teams to ensure project success, requiring strong interpersonal skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience in a Precast or Building & Construction environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory capacity required.
• Willingness to work on Sundays or Public Holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Work closely between Singapore and Malaysia Plant to ensure smooth delivery of materials.
• Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies.
• Perform overall quality control and report regularly on project status.
• Liaise with clients, vendors, subcontractors on project issues.

Skills

Good interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of HDB precast construction practices

Knowledge of relevant Statutory requirements

Education

Minimum Degree in Civil / Building / Construction
