Job summary

CAST is seeking an experienced Construction PM to oversee end-to-end coordination between the site, Technical Department and the precast factory to align production with installation. The role requires reviewing architectural and shop drawings, liaising with the main contractor on crane plans, sequencing, and access constraints, and translating site progress into production schedules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or Construction Management.
• PMP or PE certification is a plus.
• 8–10 years in construction PM with at least 5 years in precast production/installation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end production and site installation between site, Technical Department and precast factory.
• Review drawings to understand design intent and installation methods for precast components.
• Liaise with main contractor on installation requirements, crane plans, and sequencing.
• Translate site progress into actionable production and delivery schedules.
• Monitor production status, quality control, and readiness against site timelines.
• Coordinate delivery logistics to match installation windows and avoid delays.
• Attend site coordination meetings with main contractors and consultants.
• Resolve discrepancies between design, production, and site conditions.
• Manage variations and change requests affecting production and site schedule.
• Prepare progress reports and installation forecasts for management.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance on production and site handling.
