Job summary

Obayashi Singapore Private Limited is seeking a capable project delivery professional responsible for planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects in Singapore. The role involves monitoring drawing progress, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with production, design, and external teams on delivery and quality.

You will conduct joint inspections with consultants and production engineers, interact daily with clients to interpret their needs, and ensure overall quality

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall delivery of the project including, planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Monitor drawing progress and solve technical issue in between production and design team
• Coordination with the production team both in-house and external for issues related to production, delivery, and quality.
• Joint inspection with main-con and production engineer in site and precast yard to identify any drawing, production, or quality issue.
• Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status.
• Attend weekly site meetings and fulfill site request for any precast relevant issues.
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
