Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Pre-sales Support Engineer (ITE Standard) to assist with technical information and solutions for projects in Singapore.

You will apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success, and conduct product demonstrations to showcase capabilities. Responsibilities include coordinating technical interconnections with partner systems and providing guidance to clients during pre-sales and implementation phases.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Information Technology (IT) / Computer Engineering / Infocomm Technology (ICT) / Electronics Engineering.
• Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales support by assisting with technical information and solutions for projects.
• Apply IT and networking knowledge to support customer success and enhance communication solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations to highlight the capabilities of our solutions.
• Manage the technical interconnection between our platform and partner systems.
• Provide technical consultation, integration guidance and support to clients during both pre-sales and implementation phases.
