Job summary

Fortinet (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Systems Engineer to join our cybersecurity team. You will provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers, translating complex security needs into effective solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with routing, switching, VPN, firewall, SD-WAN, and cloud deployments. You will work with enterprise accounts, deliver POCs, and contribute to tender documents and training for partners.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in network security or application security.
Experience handling large enterprise accounts, lab setups and POC.
Strong skills in networking and security solutions (Routing, Switching, VPN, Firewall, SD-WAN, Sandboxing, UEBA, app security).
Cloud deployments experience (AWS, Azure, Alibaba, Google Cloud).
Knowledge of SDN, orchestration or multi-vendor deployment.
Knowledge of hacking techniques, exploit simulations or penetration testing.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to customers.
Understudy customer requirements and propose security solution designs and implementations.
Carry out presales in solution offerings (proposal, demo, presentation).
Prepare tender documents, proposals, RFPs, RFIs and POC demos.
Provide professional services and training for channels and distributors.
