Job summary

DREAM TALENTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a high-caliber PR Director to lead public relations, brand communication, and partnership strategies for a restaurant.

This role focuses on elevating visibility, shaping public messaging, and building strategic media and brand relationships to strengthen reputation. Working closely with the Director, General Manager, Operations and Marketing teams, the PR Director will oversee media engagements, event activity, and campaigns while ensuring consistent brand

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in PR, communications, marketing, business, hospitality, or related fields preferred.
• Experience in public relations, communications, marketing, hospitality, F&B, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Established network of media, business, lifestyle, influencer, or industry contacts advantageous.
• Strong writing, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms and digital communications.
• Experience organizing media events, launches, collaborations, or promotional activities advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive PR, brand communications, and partnerships strategies.
• Build and sustain relationships with media, journalists, influencers, and partners to secure coverage.
• Identify opportunities for media exposure, collaborations, and brand partnerships.
• Plan and manage restaurant launches, events, media tastings, VIP gatherings and publicity activities.
• Create press releases, media kits, and external communications conveying the brand message.
• Serve as primary media contact, handling enquiries and protecting the restaurant's image.
• Collaborate with social media and marketing teams for consistent messaging across channels.
• Develop relationships with corporate clients and lifestyle brands for partnerships.
• Support influencer campaigns by coordinating creators and partnerships.
• Represent the restaurant at industry events and networking functions.
• Monitor media coverage and trends to proactively manage reputation.
• Address customer feedback and reputational risks with strategic communications.
• Assist management with promotional campaigns to drive engagement and awareness.
• Ensure external communications align with brand positioning and standards.
• Track PR activity effectiveness and report performance to management.
• Oversee PR budgets, agencies, and service providers to optimize impact.
